The following is our Terms of Service between Hosting Virtual Worlds and The "User." If you do not understand any portion of the T.O.S. please contact us for more details and do not rent any of our products until you fully understand the Terms of Service.

Hosting Virtual Worlds only rent's servers to "Users" with Open Sim Software preinstalled.

The "User" acknowledges that Open Sim Software is still in early stages of development and will have typical bugs that can only be solved as the software matures.
We rent servers on a month to month basis. Meaning if the server is not paid via billing from pay pal and no arrangements for late payment are made. Then we simply drop the server and you are not charged.

Each "Grid" is responsible for there content of there users, this includes but not limited to back up of there data.

Each "Grid" is responsible for there users,there content, there success and/or failure. Hosting Virtual Worlds and Xemik Labs, INC. only are the server providers and are not responsible for acts of god, hardware failure,acts of "User" mishaps or any uncontrollable loss of data. It is recommended that the "User" take appropriate steps for backing up there data.

Hosting Virtual Worlds will be available at least 12 hours out of a 24 hour day 7 days a week, for customer support. Our mission is to offer the best support we can, however due to time zone differences we may not always be available when needed and we will work towards providing 365/24/7 support in the near future.

The "User" understands that Hyper Grids are in experimental stages and should not be relied on for day to day operations of there "Grid." As this technology grows we will expand with it to provide the best service we can provided with what were giving.

The "User" understands any currency systm they provide is there sole responsibility.

Hosting Virtual Worlds supplies it's servers through leading Data Centers located in the U.S.A including but not limited to California, Texas, and Florida. Therefore all servers rented by The "User" are subject to United States Law and jurisdictions of the States they are located in. This means the "User" is responsible for the content on display and there users actions in there "Grid" and Hosting Virtual Worlds will not interfere unless we are subject to intervene via by the Data Centers and/or judicial injunctions.

The "User" is to provide there own "Viewer" for there residents. Hosting Virtual Worlds can show the "User" viewers that are compatible with Open Sim Software.

Hosting Virtual Worlds Privacy Statement. Hosting Virtual Worlds will not share your information with any outside 3rd party companies. This does not include companies under the Xemik Labs, INC. umbrella due to the reason each company under Xemik Labs, INC. is involved in the process of running a sufficient virtual world for The "User", That being said each company will not spam, sell, or redistribute your information to any and/or all outside 3rd party companies for any reason.
